Based in the wonderful town of Hillcrest in Kwa-Zulu Natal, Willow Way Manor offers a magical space for any event. Join us for a cup of coffee, or celebrate a special occasion. We hope to make all our patrons feel like family and have a memorable experience with us! The venue is available for weddings, corporate events, conferences, workshops and any other special celebrations for your own exclusivity.
Willow Way Manor is situated on a beautiful 5 acre garden with a restaurant and venue facility, nestled between the Macadamia nuts trees and overlooking the rolling lawns and natural wetland. Landmarked by our full size windmill, Willow Way Manor is a destination of choice for all who are looking for a place to relax and recharge. Willow Way Manor is not just a venue, it’s a lifestyle. Join us on a day-to-day basis for some quality family activities or a wellness filled day.
The magnificent log structure, situated on the upper level, is surrounded by a wrap around verandah and arched doorways. Boasting a large fireplace and a fully licensed bar. The venue room is wheelchair friendly. Alternatively, celebrations can be arranged to be celebrated on the lawns. Our venue services include an in-house chef and in house bar service that are able to cater for your functions specific needs. The functions area has an open plan set up with a 100 person maximum capacity. The venue offers optional extras including a fire pit and a 9 hole adventure golf course.
Owned and run by the Kilfoil family, who have lived in the area for 30 years, Willow Way Manor intends to provide a serene setting for all guests to enjoy the many splendors of the wonderful garden and natural birdlife. Each guest, including our bridal couples and special celebrations clients, will be treated with the kind of attention that is reserved for family. When our guests arrive, we want them to leave their troubles at the door and step into a world of luxury and rest. With an overall country chic feel, each design element within the room has a story behind it and usually inspired by the family’s travels, with all the finishes completed with a hands on approach from the Kilfoils.
We, as the owners, intend to see that the attention to detail and service is of the highest standard and will be followed by each staff member.
