Deon Louw

Deon holds a BLC (BA with Law Subjects) from the University of Pretoria and a LLB and Masters of Law from the University of Stellenbosch. While completing his Masters he was also a Junior Lecturer at the Public Law faculty at the University of Stellenbosch. He spent 12 years in practice specialising in commercial, criminal and employee related labour litigation.  In 2011 he ventured into the Labour Law environment focussing on the Employer.

Deon has comprehensive knowledge of the labour needs of the employer and training since he started working with a Cape Town Labour Consultancy, and has gained specialised experience in preparation of employment contracts, disciplinary codes, disciplinary and other dismissal requirements and processes (inclusive of ill health and incapacity), assistance with in-house disciplinary enquiries and investigations as well as assistance and representation at the CCMA.  Furthermore he develops training material and provides training in the workplace about all aspects of Labour Law.

Liselette Loubser

As a graduate of the University of Pretoria, Liselette holds a Masters Degree in Law with dual specialisation in Tax and Labour Law.  She also completed a short course in Human Resources Management from Rosebank College and a post graduate certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from AFSA through the University of Pretoria.  After her studies, she decided to venture into the competitive world of sales.  She excelled in this field and after a few years decided to find a position where she could combine some of her knowledge with her experience and began working in recruitment.  Here she was highly successful and was one of the top ten recruitment consultants, nationally, for Communicate Personnel.  She decided to start her own company and has been operating it successfully for the last four years.  This company has been absorbed into Keystone Human Capital.  Liselette is in charge of presenting all our sales training as well as some of our other courses.  The sales material has been successfully presented at BMW for one, where it has been met with high praise and enthusiasm.
