SATSA -KZN is a Chapter of the Southern Africa Tourism Services Association (SAATSA), based in RDurban in KZN. We are the Voice of Inbound Tourism, representing private-sector stakeholders in Southern Africa’s inbound tourism sector. To become a SATSA member, a business must prove annually that they adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and service.
SATSA has also established the SATSA Bonding Scheme (a consumer protection scheme to provide guarantees against deposits held with SATSA member), guaranteeing its quality assurance role for years to come.
