Macs' Food Shack is a mobile Food Trailer / kitchen, fully gas operated (but we can also operate electrically) and we cater for markets, public events and private functions all over. We supply beef and chicken burgers, wors rolls, chips and we have now added our 'lamb rolls' - straight off the spit!!
